AsstrA invites you to work within an ambitious international team

For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario, we are looking for a new Head of Italy Container Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Building up the relationships with major shipping lines, maintaining constant and beneficial connections;
  • Responsibility for pricing and achieving comparative advantages of our offer;
  • Development of the main Trade Lanes;
  • Organize and develop new, advanced types of services for the delivery of goods;
  • Controlling and responsibility for the efficiency and KPI;
  • Working closely with Sales department on development of new Sales and new volumes;
  • Building up joint work with other offices/ocean division within AsstrA network;
  • Participate in planning the activities of the Branch, increase its efficiency and effective interaction with other Branches of the company;
  • Develop the team of division.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Requires experience of 3 years in Sea Transportation, with some supervisory experience, consisting of development, coaching and overall management;
  • Excellent level of English;
  • Candidates must have strong leadership skills and staff development experience with the ability to interact, communicate and motivate with all levels of employees and management;
  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution;
  • Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office).
