Responsibilities Developing and implementing a business development strategy for Photovoltaic (PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and lifetime extension solutions.
Identifying new opportunities and projects and building partnerships to enable successful product sales.
Driving consultative sales and positioning ABB's value proposition for advanced service offerings.
Participating in key contract negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.
5–10 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably with utilities, IPPs, or energy project developers.
Proven track record in business development for renewable energy solutions (PV, BESS, or related technologies).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
