By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Business Manager - OperationsResponsibilitiesYour role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct proactive business development aligned with the division’s strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring profitable business growth and sustainable deployment of the division’s strategic plan.Mission: Grow ABB Robotics’ logistics business across parcel, e-commerce, retail fulfillment, and 3PLs. Turn operational pains into packaged solutions with partners—and convert lighthouse wins into repeatable programs.The work model for the role is: HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Market intelligence. Track market, technology, and customer trends; analyze competitors; identify portfolio gaps; and continuously refine our value proposition and ecosystem.Short vs Mid-terms development plans. Co-create a sales growth plan with local teams and global functions—channels, pricing strategy, solution and value selling—and monitor contribution margin by country.Regional coordination. Align with target local and global goals localizing the execution of the segment strategy in your country.Customer focus & sales support. Support ABB channels and
