Overview Per la nostra Direzione Risorse Umane, Organizzazione e Welfare, siamo alla ricerca di un HR Business Partner . La risorsa, a riporto del Responsabile Gestione e Organizzazione del Personale, avrà l'obiettivo di gestire i rapporti di lavoro operando in stretto contatto con la linea e collaborando con tutte le altre strutture della Direzione HR. Assicurare la gestione del rapporto di lavoro (contrattualizzazione, onboarding, organizzazione, gestione e staffing) del personale aziendale delle aree di competenza; Contribuire ai processi trasversali nell'ambito delle Risorse Umane, collaborando alla stesura delle Policies interne e partecipando a progetti innovativi; Requisiti Laurea in ambito economico, giuridico o umanistico-sociale; Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni maturata in contesti industriali complessi; Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Office, in particolare Excel;
