Quality Assurance Manager III, Alexa Endpoints
A Quality Assurance Manager in the Alexa ecosystem plays a critical role in driving product quality and team performance across multiple technical domains. The QAM will work closely with Product Management, Software Development Engineering, User Experience Design, and Customer Support groups to understand product vision, requirements, and customer usage models while developing comprehensive test strategies.
Key responsibilities include setting the QA team's technical vision and roadmap, developing and tracking project schedules, and managing a team responsible for validating software functionality, stability, and performance. The successful Quality Assurance Manager must have a strong customer focus and be obsessed with continuous quality improvement, with particular expertise in creating world‑class automation for feature testing and regression. Develop comprehensive test strategies

# Build and lead high‑performing QA teams
# Ensure software functionality and performance meet high‑quality standards

1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
~3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience
~ Experience managing manual testers
~ Experience testing web technologies and back‑end services
~ Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background

Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
