Position Summary
La figura di Procurement Specialist è incaricata di assicurare il corretto ingresso delle materie prime e degli accessori necessari per poter rispettare la programmazione della produzione. In particolare, verifica i fabbisogni di componenti legati agli ordini di produzione e conferma o modifica le proposte dell’MRP relative alle quantità che i fornitori devono consegnare con frequenza settimanale. Inoltre invia le schedulazioni e si accerta che le consegne siano puntuali, impegnandosi ad ordinare le quantità minime, a copertura dei fabbisogni e di eventuali stock di sicurezza, al fine di rispettare i target di inventory assegnati alla funzione.

Essential Responsibilities

Determinare se le quantità di magazzino siano sufficienti per le esigenze, ordinando più materiali quando necessario;

Preparare gli ordini di acquisto e inviarne copia ai fornitori;

Tenere traccia dello stato di richieste, contratti e ordini;

Rispondere alle richieste di clienti e fornitori sullo stato degli ordini, modifiche o annullamenti;

Contattare i fornitori per programmare o accelerare le consegne e risolvere per es. carenze, consegne mancate o in ritardo;

Preparare, mantenere e rivedere i file e i rapporti di acquisto;

Monitorare il movimento dell'inventario interno;

Monitorare le prestazioni dei fornitori, raccomandando modifiche al contratto quando necessario.

Position Requirements

Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 2-3 anni in una funzione simile preferibilmente all'interno di società multinazionali, con logiche di produzione high volume; costituisce un plus la provenienza da aziende del settore automotive.

Inglese fluente sia scritto che orale.

Conoscenza avanzata di SAP (Material Requirement Planning) e di excel come user.

Buona attitudine relazionale.

Flessibilità, problem solving e resistenza allo stress.
