Within Purchasing Global Central Function , in the area of Process & Systems , you will act at corporate level and will be in charge of the following tasks: Analyze and understand purchasing processes , current practices/procedures and develop a deep knowledge of the systems/processes in place (mainly e-procurement platform and ERP system ) in order to facilitate continuous improvement plans Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify business needs, translate them into detailed functional specification, design relevant workflows to be supported by the systems Follow the implementation of the systems , in coordination with IT, solution providers and/or integration companies to develop application work plans, identify priorities and needs, provide info, data and documents according to the project needs, timelines and goals Act as a Key User for Purchasing systems and provide professional, detailed consultation, technical support, troubleshooting and training to the end users Extract and analyze business data, elaborate metrics, define and monitor KPIs and provide on-demand reporting Cooperate in the system selection phase, defining requirements and constraints , evaluating different providers/products and managing RFI and RFP documentation Cooperate in the analysis and review of the existing procedures as well as in the editing of new ones, incorporating best practices, optimizations and enhancements Minimum requirements Master’s Degree Engineering , Economics or technical disciplines 5 years’ experience in the analysis, design and implementation of complex purchasing applications in manufacturing companies (Automotive would be a plus) or in system integration companies Experience as a buyer is a plus Fluent in English Availability to travel Location: Stezzano (BG) L'azienda garantisce il trattamento dei dati ai sensi del Regolamento Europeo n. 2016/679, rinviando all’informativa privacy disponibile proseguendo con la presente candidatura.
