Ce que vous ferez :

  • Développer notre territoire de marché en créant et développant une stratégie d'acquisition (net new logo) et d'upsell sur une cible Fortune 500.
  • Qualifier et comprendre les problèmes opérationnels de vos prospects, remettre en question les approches d'apprentissage conventionnelles et mener votre processus de vente autour de l'impact que goFLUENT apporte à une organisation.
  • Construire des relations consultatives avec des influenceurs, parties prenantes et décideurs de vos principaux comptes clients.
  • Travailler et collaborer avec nos équipes expérimentées de Business Development, Marketing et Customer Success pour conclure avec succès des deals à fort potentiel.
  • Participer à des expositions et événements.
  • Voyager chez les clients dans votre territoire pour soutenir vos efforts de vente.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. L'italien ou l'espagnol est un plus.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en vente B2B. Expérience en SaaS et à l'international appréciée.
  • Capacité à établir de solides relations à tous les niveaux des organisations prospects, y compris avec les cadres supérieurs et la direction.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, présentation et négociation.
  • Esprit d'équipe, motivation à évoluer dans un environnement rapide, orienté résultats et collaboratif.
  • Proactif, sociable, travailleur et facilement adaptable.
  • Actif sur les réseaux sociaux dans un contexte professionnel. Expérience de l'utilisation de LinkedIn.
  • Une expérience pertinente dans la formation, l'e-learning ou les services RH est un plus.
  • Diplôme de BA ou BS requis, MBA un plus.
