As Head of CRM you will streamline CRM infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM systems (Hub Spot), from implementation and governance to training and performance optimization.
Develop and lead CRM strategy to align with corporate and departmental objectives, ensuring seamless automation and data flow.
Full CRM Administration Oversight: Manage system configuration, user permissions, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Build dashboards, monitor CRM health (data quality, segmentation), and optimize performance through insights.
People Leadership & Organizational Development: Grow and guide the CRM operations team, refine processes, and elevate cross-functional collaboration and efficiency. Educational Background: Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in CRM or marketing operations leadership, ideally with full experience in Hub Spot (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs).
adept in marketing automation, data segmentation, and CRM analytics.
Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Additional proficiency in French, German, or Spanish. Soft skill training
