Per un'ampliamento dell'organizzazione in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo del servizio e con l’obiettivo di consolidare i processi gestionali del gruppo, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare la figura di un/a:

INSURANCE SPECIALIST

Lucca Provincia

Il/la candidato/a scelto/a per la posizione, nell’ambito di una fase di rafforzamento dei principali processi aziendali, verrà inserito nella struttura di Risk Management per gestire le attività assicurative per le società appartenenti al Gruppo e riporterà al Group Manager ed alla Direzione Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo.

Tra le principali attività si occuperà di:

  • Gestione contrattuale e amministrativa del portafoglio assicurativo;
  • Mantenimento delle coperture dei rischi assicurati;
  • Gestione sinistri e delle richieste danni;
  • Tenuta della documentazione e assistenza agli audit periodici.

A titolo esemplificativo si dovrà occupare di:

  • Verifica e tenuta delle polizze;
  • Gestione del quietanziamento e della filiera dei pagamenti (calcolo / verifica di premi e IPT, inoltro istruzioni di pagamento);
  • Regolazioni dei premi;
  • Gestione dei sinistri (apertura, follow-up, gestione dei flussi informativi);
  • Pianificazione e controllo dei budget dei costi assicurativi e relativa reportistica;
  • Assistenza nelle relazioni con le compagnie assicurative.

  • Ambiente industriale solido e modernamente organizzato nel quale poter contribuire all'ulteriore sviluppo dell'area.

RICHIEDIAMO:

  • Laurea a carattere economico / giuridico con buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Provenienza preferibilmente dal settore assicurativo (definizione dei fabbisogni assicurativi, analisi e gestione dei contratti) o da realtà aziendali che comprendono questa funzione al loro interno; conoscenza dei contratti assicurativi principali quali Property, Liability, Crediti, C.A.R. / E.A.R., Infortuni, Malattie, Morte, RCA;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team, buona capacità analitica, attitudine al problem solving, orientamento ai risultati, capacità di comunicare efficacemente con gli stakeholders interni / esterni e di lavorare in team, orientamento al dato ed attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Office (in particolare Excel), disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e all'estero.
