  Il Plant Engineer garantisce il massimo livello di efficienza dei processi produttivi ed il loro miglioramento continuo, utilizzando metodi e strumenti adeguati ed identificando le migliori soluzioni tecnico/tecnologico.

Principali attività
Analizza i dati riguardanti le performance di produzione identificando gli scostamenti rispetto al pianificato;
Propone e realizza gli interventi di risoluzione dei problemi sulla linea;
Sviluppa e gestisce i piani di miglioramento, indicando la tempistica e le risorse ed identificando i risultati attesi;
Attiva i programmi per l’introduzione di nuovi prodotti;
Elabora e aggiorna le Procedure Operative Standard assicurandone la accuratezza e la condivisione;
Gestisce gli interventi formativi e d’addestramento sulle Procedure Operative Standard;
Porta avanti i progetti Kaizen, monitorandone andamento e risultati;
Sviluppa e diffonde le metodologie di Problem Solving;
Supporta il piano di miglioramento Qualità, collaborando col Plant Quality Leader nella gestione reclami, visite fornitori/clienti, ecc.;

Il Contratto:
Inserimento diretto, con retribuzione commisurata alle effettive esperienze.
