Posizione:

We are looking for a motivated Analyst with a strong sense of initiative to join our Corporate Finance division, specifically in the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions team, based in Milan. As an Analyst, you will support origination and execution projects, playing a key role in client relationships and transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare client presentations, deal memoranda, and other supporting documentation for origination and execution phases.
  • Conduct company and industry analyses and develop profiles.
  • Analyze potential targets or assess acquisition capacities for prospective buyers.
  • Stay informed on developments in M&A, equity, and debt markets.

Requisiti:

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in Investment Banking.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university or business school.
