**Posizione**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our Corporate Finance division, specifically in the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions team, based in Milan. As an Associate, you will contribute to both origination and execution projects, playing a key role in supporting client relationships and transaction processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling.
- Prepare client presentations, deal memoranda, and other transaction-related documentation for both origination and execution phases.
- Perform company and industry analyses and develop company and industry profiles.
- Analyze potential targets or assess acquisition capacities for buyers.
- Stay up-to-date on M&A, equity, and debt market developments.

**Requisiti**:

- 3-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
