Posizione: We are looking for a motivated Analyst with a strong sense of initiative to join our Corporate Finance division, specifically in the Mid Corporate Sponsor Solutions team, based in Milan.
As an Analyst, you will support origination and execution projects, playing a key role in client relationships and transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities: Perform financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling.
Prepare client presentations, deal memoranda, and other supporting documentation for origination and execution phases.
Conduct company and industry analyses and develop profiles.
Analyze potential targets or assess acquisition capacities for prospective buyers.
Stay informed on developments in MA, equity, and debt markets.
Requisiti: The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills: Up to 2 years of experience in Investment Banking.
Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university or business school.
