The hotel’s proximity to St. As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a  Marketing Manager  to join our Sales & Marketing Team.
 
As  Marketing Manager , you will lead the resort’s marketing strategy, ensuring that San Clemente Palace Venice maintains its position as one of Europe’s most iconic luxury destinations. You will manage all branding, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and promotional initiatives, working closely with operational departments and corporate teams to elevate the hotel’s visibility and guest engagement.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive annual marketing plan
• Managing the resort’s brand identity and ensuring consistent representation across all channels
• Leading digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, and online campaigns
• Overseeing social media strategy, storytelling, and content creation
• Coordinating photography, videography, and creative production
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Planning and executing promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
• Supporting the Sales team with collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
• Ensuring high-quality guest communication and email marketing campaigns
• Analyzing performance metrics and preparing monthly marketing reports
• Upholding the hotel’s reputation through strategic communication and brand storytelling
• Proven experience in marketing within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
• Experience working with media, influencers, and creative agencies
• Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
Location: Venice, Italy – Based on  San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required)
