For our headquarters in Milan , we are seeking an empathic, accurate, and quality-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Local Operations Team. In this role, you will have full ownership of back-office tasks related to Shoppers’ activation, executing a variety of tasks with high accuracy (e.g., paperwork collection, contract preparation and signing, profile setup). The Local Operations team handles recruiting, onboarding, support, and training for our Shoppers. As an Operations Specialist, you will focus on specific Italian cities managed by the related Squad, supporting all processes necessary to maintain high service quality. Shoppers Onboarding and Monitoring Activities Contact potential Shoppers to assess eligibility Handle paperwork and document verification for formal cooperation Manage Shoppers’ contracts Oversee Shoppers Kits Setup Shoppers profiles Provide daily support and listen to Shoppers' needs Assist Shoppers with VAT registration information Conduct weekly check-ins with churned Shoppers for debt collection and feedback Monitor and manage inbound mail from Shoppers Shoppers Retraining and Quality Manage retraining for Shoppers needing performance improvement Conduct daily live webinars for new Shoppers Collaborate with Area Managers to improve Shoppers' quality and address local issues Requirements Work Experience Previous experience in customer service or quality-focused roles is required Hard Skills Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel Upper intermediate English skills (B2) Soft Skills Strong communication skills Attention to detail and quality orientation Ability to multitask Team player Everli is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
