SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
La figura, a riporto diretto della Direzione Operations di Gruppo, avrà la responsabilità di definire, guidare e armonizzare la strategia di Supply Chain a livello di Gruppo, garantendo efficienza operativa, affidabilità del servizio e scalabilità dei processi in un contesto multi-sito e internazionale.
Definire e guidare la strategia di Supply Chain di Gruppo, assicurandone l’allineamento con gli obiettivi industriali, di servizio e di crescita internazionale;
Governare i processi end-to-end di pianificazione (demand planning, S&OP, pianificazione produttiva e politiche di stock), garantendo coerenza tra domanda, capacità produttiva e livelli di servizio;
Definire, monitorare e migliorare i KPI di Supply Chain, promuovendo iniziative di miglioramento continuo, standardizzazione e digitalizzazione dei processi.
Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Supply Chain leadership all’interno di contesti industriali complessi e internazionali, preferibilmente nel settore metalmeccanico o manifatturiero;
Forte competenza in pianificazione industriale, logistica, gestione scorte e processi end-to-end;
Capacità di gestione della complessità, del cambiamento e del miglioramento continuo;
Solide capacità analitiche, di problem solving e di gestione del cambiamento;
Inglese fluente.
Budget: € 110.000 – 130.000 + MBO + auto, Dirigente
