About the Role:

We are looking for a Pre Sales Technical role that will work in the specific solution/technology area of VMware/Lenovo . The person will be the subject matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions.
  • Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis.
  • Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.
  • Educate internal and external audiences about products/technologies.
  • Understanding and application of vendor promotions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 2-3 years experience.
  • Relevant experience in Lenovo/VMware technologies is ideal.
  • Italian fluent; English conversational.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail , priority management , and planning skills.
  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User is desirable.
