Sales Manager - Crane Reporting to: Area Sales Manager We are a leading international manufacturer of construction machinery, providing high-quality, innovative solutions to customers worldwide. Our product portfolio includes excavators, wheel loaders, aerial work platforms, tractors, and other machinery for construction, agriculture, and industrial applications. With decades of experience, we combine cutting-edge technology, excellent customer service, and a strong dealer network to support our customers' productivity and business growth. Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring strong market coverage across Italy. Create, manage, and update customer data in the CRM/database system. Collect project information to support sales activities and analyze competitor data to adjust strategies. Participate in the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve sales targets. Lead or support commercial negotiations for key crane projects to secure regional business objectives. Support financing processes and follow up on payment collection when required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 3+ years of experience in sales of cranes, construction machinery, or lifting equipment. ~ Strong technical knowledge of cranes and lifting applications. ~ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ~ Willingness to travel extensively across Italy. ~
