Business Controlling Energy Sales & Channels Remuneration Department at Customer Solutions Italy is looking for a dynamic Manager for Energy Sales Controlling to lead our dedicated team. This pivotal role encompasses the comprehensive responsibility for all controlling activities within our Energy Sales business unit. Your strategic acumen will guide our planning, reporting, and overall financial management, directly impacting our company's success and sustainability goals. In this role, the Energy Sales Controlling Manager will report to the Business Controlling Energy Sales & Channels Remuneration Director. The Manager is also expected to work very closely with the Financial Controlling and Risk Management department. Your impact: Strategic planning (mid-term annual plan, quarterly forecast and closures), deviation analysis & reporting activities related to Energy Sales P&L, including impacting aspects like Customer Base development, Power/Gas margins, Energy Markets, CMO costs, Cost to Acquire and Profitability Analysis: Innovate and refine our Customer Value KPIs, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge strategies for customer base expansion and retention. Lead special projects that propel our Energy Sales segment forward, including M&A support and portfolio valuations. Champion process optimization and commercial insights, enhancing efficiency, quality, and strategic decision-making across the business. Communicate key findings and strategic proposals to top stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and the CFO, shaping the company's strategic direction. Cultivate a team of high-performing professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. What we’re looking for: An innovative leader with a solid academic background in business administration, finance, or related fields. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus Over 5 years of experience in Controlling, with a deep understanding of the energy sector, especially Power and Gas markets A proven track record in leading teams to success, with a strong focus on analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines A commitment to excellence, demonstrated by a meticulous approach to work and a drive for continuous improvement Expertise in Microsoft Office, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of SAP Proficiency in English, with additional languages considered an asset General Conditions: Milan (centre) Permanent contract, hybrid work model (60% remote working) #J-18808-Ljbffr
