Il progetto estivo " H-FARM Summer Academy " offre la possibilità a bambini/e e ragazzi/e dai 5 ai 19 anni di vivere un’esperienza immersiva sui temi del digitale, dello sport e dell’inglese presso il Campus più innovativo d’Europa. L’ultima edizione ha raggiunto un pubblico di oltre mille partecipanti in otto settimane di esperienza.

Per ampliamento dell’organico in vista della prossima estate e per assicurare standard elevati ai nostri clienti, stiamo cercando nuove risorse che ricoprano il ruolo di Digital Educator , persone appassionate di educazione e formazione con una predisposizione all’utilizzo di tecnologie e strumenti digitali, in grado di gestire attività dedicate ai giovani partecipanti.

Funzioni e responsabilità

  • Affiancare e condurre i partecipanti durante il percorso di apprendimento creativo e digitale in laboratorio.
  • Supervisionare e vigilare i partecipanti, prestando attenzione al loro benessere e alla loro sicurezza, creando un ambiente sano, sicuro e divertente.
  • Erogare le attività in lingua italiana e inglese.
  • Coordinarsi e collaborare con lo staff e i responsabili.
  • Partecipare agli incontri formativi e prepararsi alle attività con gli strumenti digitali e il materiale didattico a disposizione.

Requisiti

  • Studenti universitari o neolaureati.
  • Predisposizione e passione per attività educative con bambini e ragazzi.
  • Confidenza con nuove tecnologie e strumenti digitali.
  • Capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in gruppo.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1).
  • Voglia di imparare, formarsi e mettersi in gioco.
  • Autonomia nel raggiungimento della sede di lavoro.
  • Preferibile domicilio in zone limitrofe.

Nice to have

  • Competenze in ambito scientifico/informatico (es. programmazione, robotica, elettronica), con particolare attenzione a tecnologie/software come Lego Spike Prime, mBlock, Unity, Arduino, Minecraft.
  • Competenze nel campo storytelling, graphic design o videomaking con particolare attenzione a software come Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Esperienze in ambito educativo/pedagogico, possibilmente legate agli approcci del Creative Learning o il Design Thinking.
  • Esperienze all’interno di community come CoderDojo, FabLab, Makerspace, LUG, ecc...
