ROLE MISSION
The Global Retail Academy Training Content Designer is responsible for execution and craft of internally high quality and impact learning content using different programs, authoring tools & devices and in different formats for the different product segments and distribution channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Craft engaging and effective learning materials in various formats, including digital modules, webinars, classroom sessions, and more;
  • Support in the definition, update, and maintenance pf the training content calendar;
  • Contribute to source content from subject matter experts (SMEs) and contribute to its continuous improvement;
  • Support in managing contact and processes with internal and external partners involved in learning content creation;
  • Collaborate with external companies and stakeholders to co-develop or deliver learning materials;
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams on a 360-degree content development approach, ensuring regional involvement and cultural adaptations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 3 yrs in the fashion/luxury retail Industry (ideally including Retail shopfloor background)
  • Strong passion for product, service and people
  • Nice to have: Previous experience of 3 years in international training departments and/or in roles where training and developing others was part of the job mission will represent an added value
  • Digital fluency, attitude and curiosity
  • Knowledge of adult learning techniques, learning techniques and didactic
  • Experience in Digital Learning: strong expertise on learning system implementation, digital content design and implementation
  • International experience and strong cultural sensitivity is a plus
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
  • Well-spoken, agile approach, can-do attitude and high teamwork skills
