Job Description

Le vendeur accueille la clientèle, lui vend un produit de luxe, et la fidélise dans le cadre de la politique commerciale définie par Gucci et en respectant l’esprit de la maison.

Missions

Produit

  • Développer une solide connaissance de l’histoire de la maison Gucci et de son patrimoine
  • Démontrer d’une excellente connaissance des produits
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue de la surface de vente et de la boutique conformément aux normes de présentations visuelles de la maison Gucci et du groupe.
  • S’assurer de la bonne présentation des produits dans le but de convaincre la clientèle : story telling
  • Maintenir une quantité suffisante et appropriée d’articles sur la surface de vente

Communication

  • Fournir un service exceptionnel à la clientèle en les accueillant selon les guidelines Gucci, en leur offrant des conseils personnalisés en fonction de leurs demandes et besoins
  • Favoriser la communication entre les membres de l’équipe et la clientèle

Performance

  • Atteindre ou dépasser ses objectifs de ventes tant au niveau individuel que ceux définis pour le département et pour la boutique
  • Réaliser ses objectifs KPI
  • Participer au service de retouche : prise de mesures, ajustements, gestion des réservations des clients, commandes et réception des articles
  • Aider à la reconstitution des stocks, à l’étiquetage et au rangement
  • Posséder une bonne connaissance et maîtrise de ses stocks
  • Effectuer les encaissements et tenir la caisse
  • Appliquer les procédures CRM pour développer le fichier clients de la boutique
  • Se conformer aux directives de sécurité de la boutique (prévention des vols et pertes)

  • Ambassadeur de la maison et de ses valeurs
  • Connaissances produits et techniques de vente
  • Passionné par la mode et l’univers du luxe
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais, troisième langue appréciée
  • Bonne présentation, bonne élocution
  • Sens du service et de la persuasion
  • Maîtrise des codes du luxe
  • Travailler en équipe

Profil type

  • Bac Professionnel
  • BTS ou DUT
  • Expérience dans la vente
  • Expérience dans le luxe serait apprécié
