Adecco Italia Spa, Specializzazione Logistica e Trasporti, ricerca un Warehouse Supervisor per multinazionale di logistica americana su Roma. La risorsa inserita all’interno del team di Warehouse si occuperà della supervisione del flusso di due siti della provincia di Roma. Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività: -Supervisione del corretto svolgimento del flusso dell’operatività in entrambi le sedi; -Supporto nella standardizzazione e corretta applicazione dei processi e delle linee guida aziendali; -Monitoraggio e perseguimento del raggiungimento dei KPI relativi alle aree di gestione e produttività assegnate con relativa compilazione di reportistica; -Mediazione e relazione costante con i colleghi del team, i dipartimenti interni e i fornitori. REQUISITI: Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in realtà strutturate della logistica; Diploma o Laurea; Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, proattività e problem solving; Ottime doti relazionali e di mediazione. OFFERTA: Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì con orario a giornata; La proposta e la RAL verranno definite in fase di colloquio e saranno commisurate all’esperienza.
