Il candidato, che ha almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, sarà a diretto riporto dell' Inbound & Outbound Warehouse Manager, e avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Supervisionare le attività quotidiane del magazzino, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di qualità e tempi di consegna.Coordinare e motivare il team di magazzinieri / impiegati, pianificando turni e assegnando compiti.Monitorare le performance operative e proporre azioni correttive per migliorare efficienza e produttività.Gestire le attività di inventario e garantire l'accuratezza delle giacenze.Collaborare con altri reparti (acquisti, produzione, customer service, Sales) per garantire un flusso logistico fluido.Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle procedure aziendali.Hard SkillsConoscenza approfondita dei sistemi WMS (Warehouse Management System) e ERP ed in particolar modo del modulo EWM -SAPCapacità di lettura e analisi di report logistici e KPI.Competenze nella gestione di inventari e stock control.Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Microsoft OfficeConoscenza fluente della lingua ingleseSoft SkillsCapacità di gestione del teamProblem solvingOttime capacità comunicative e relazionaliAttitudine al lavoro in ambienti dinamici e sotto pressioneSenso di responsabilità.ProattivitàTitolo di studio:Diploma o laurea in ambito logistico, gestionale o equivalente.Luogo di lavoro: Robassomero (TO)L'annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91 e a persone di tutte le età e di tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
