Team Manager, Vendor Consultants Team – RBS AVS. As a Vendor Consultants Manager in Retail Business Services (RBS), you will shape and deliver on the strategy for managing Amazon vendors. The role leads a team of Vendor Consultants responsible for managing business growth for influential Selling Partners, ensuring partner satisfaction with a high level of service and operational standards. You will manage strategic joint business plans, collaborate to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new operational improvement opportunities, interface with leaders from Retail and Vendor Services teams, and manage all operational aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon. The candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment, develops, implements, and iterates data, processes, and guardrails to improve the customer experience, and is a business owner who understands the key levers to drive business growth. Responsibilities Lead a team of Vendor Consultants, prioritizing strategic initiatives and providing escalation support as needed. Measure performance by input metrics and impact on vendors to create a great customer experience. Identify, act, and advise on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end‐customer experience in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams. Manage end‐to‐end goal setting for the team to align with organizational goals. Build relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio; proactively build joint business plan action items and act as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns. Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an ever‐changing business environment; contribute to and lead strategic plans and documents for the organization. Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across the direct team and broader organization. Manage stakeholder needs and monitor complexity through efficient allocation of Vendor Consultants. Monitor stakeholder satisfaction survey results, analyze positive and negative trends, establish improvement plans, and manage expectations with Vendor Consultants as appropriate. Basic Qualifications 6 years of digital advertising and client‐facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience analyzing data and applying best practices to assess performance drivers. Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
