Amazon is the most customer‑centric company. In this role, you will help our most engaged customers – sellers/vendors – grow their businesses on Amazon. Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) in partnership with Retail Business Services (RBS) is a paid B2B service that helps key vendors partner with Amazon. As a Vendor Consultant (VC), you will shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors. You will interface internally with leaders from RBS, Retail, and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for certain aspects of the vendor’s business with Amazon. You will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.com and analyze data to grow traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue. Key Job Responsibilities Partner with the Retail (AVS) Team to manage vendor relationships and champion vendor needs at Amazon.
