Amazon is the most customer-centric company.In this role, you will help our most engaged customers – sellers/vendors – grow their businesses on Amazon.Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) in partnership with Retail Business Services (RBS) is a paid B2B service that helps key vendors partner with Amazon.As a Vendor Consultant (VC), you will shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors.You will interface internally with leaders from RBS, Retail, and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for certain aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon.You will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.com and analyze data to grow traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Retail (AVS) Team to manage vendor relationships and champion vendor needs at Amazon.Build communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage toward a growth plan for the vendors.Build and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.Work with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.Conduct deep analysis on vendor issues and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution.Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled.Support the launches of new programs and features.Conduct regular WBR and MBR with vendors highlighting business metric performance and building action plans.Demonstrate metric influencing ability to understand metrics, create realistic forecasts, take calculated risks, and react quickly with new action plans.Basic QualificationsMBA or Master's degree.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing vendor relationships at a large e-commerce platform.Strong analytical skills and experience conducting deep data analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Background in account management or vendor services.Amazon is an equal-opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability or other legally protected status.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, please visit for more information.#J-*****-Ljbffr
