Azienda commerciale specializzata nella distribuzione di prodotti per il comfort notturno ricerca un/una Senior Account / Senior Sales Executive da inserire nel team commerciale, con responsabilità di sviluppo e gestione del portafoglio clienti. Mansioni: Gestire e sviluppare relazioni con clienti chiave, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali; Identificare nuove opportunità di business sul territorio e proporre soluzioni mirate; Monitorare le performance di vendita e redigere report periodici; Collaborare con il team interno per la definizione di strategie commerciali efficaci; Partecipare a fiere, eventi e incontri con clienti per promuovere il brand e i prodotti. Requisiti richiesti: Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo commerciale, preferibilmente in aziende B2B o nel settore prodotti per il benessere e il comfort; Ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione; Orientamento al risultato, determinazione e proattività; Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e gestire un portafoglio clienti; Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale. Offerta e benefit: Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con finalità di inserimento stabile; Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì; Sistema incentivante legato ai risultati commerciali. #J-18808-Ljbffr
