We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Development Manager to lead, coordinate and implement our talent development programswithin Europe in close collaboration with our business unitsand inalignment with the Global Center of Expertise. As a Talent Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by nurturing and developing our most valuable asset – our people.   • Evaluate the needs for trainings, develop and implement programs that align with the goalsand strategies of the organization
  • Develop and implement career paths, including development opportunities
  • Lead the annual performance and talent review process within Europe in close collaborationwith Corporate HR
  • Build a comprehensive talent development roadmap and pipeline
  • Lead succession & forward planning within Europe
  • Understand industry trends and technical developments in Talent Development and HRtechnology that impact the value proposition
  • Spearhead the development, leadership, and coordination of strategic workforce planning initiatives across Europe.
  • Champion the development, leadership, and coordination of strategic workforce planning efforts throughout Europe.
  • Take the lead in developing and implementing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization
  • Bachelors/ Masters’ degree, ideally in HR or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, organizational and
leadership development, project management and change management • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
  • Robust acumen to identifyopportunities and foster outside-in thinking
  • Fluent language skills in English
