I vostri compiti

Nell’ottica di rafforzare la nostra presenza sul territorio, stiamo cercando risorse da inserire nella funzione di Sales Engineering nel ruolo di Field Engineer.

Il/La Field Engineer dovrà garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita sui Targets attribuiti (studi di progettazione, enti pubblici, imprese di costruzione e di installazione, industrie strutturate, enti appaltatori) in coordinamento e per il tramite della struttura delle Divisioni di Vendita fischer. Dovrà inoltre supportare i Targets nella soluzione delle loro problematiche progettuali, tecniche ed applicative, offrendo consulenze, soluzioni e assistenza tecnica relativamente all’utilizzo di soluzioni fischer.

In particolare:
- garantisce la ricerca, segmentazione e qualifica dei Targets, dei progetti e dei cantieri, in collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- assicura la creazione e lo sviluppo di un portafoglio Targets con potenziale reale, che includerà studi di progettazione, enti pubblici, imprese e industrie strutturate, enti appaltatori;
- assicura la formazione e la consulenza ai principali referenti dei Targets circa l’utilizzo, i vantaggi ed il valore dei prodotti fischer, assicurando la corrispondenza tra richieste di progetto e specifiche di prodotto;
- lavora a stretto contatto con l’ufficio tecnico;
- svolge presentazioni tecniche, dimostrazioni, seminari e sessioni di formazione sul prodotto;
- esegue prove in cantiere (es. prove di estrazione) e prove di collaudo.

Il tuo profilo

Il/La candidato/a ideale ha una Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o Edile ed ha esperienza in ruoli tecnico-commerciali presso aziende operanti nel settore edile/costruzioni.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità di ascolto e di problem solving, buone doti relazionali, orientamento al risultato e al miglioramento continuo, capacità di lavorare in autonomia
