Customer Care Specialist

Sarai il primo punto di riferimento per tutti i clienti che si metteranno in contatto con il nostro servizio clienti per informazioni o reclami;
Rappresenterai l’Azienda nei confronti dei clienti attraverso diversi canali chat, telefono, e-mail;
Ti occuperai di fornire supporto su tematiche relative alla logistica (mancata consegna, ritardi) e amministrative (difficoltà di registrazione sul sito, pagamento on line)

Diploma superiore;
Breve esperienza in ambito customer service;
