As aCustomer Service Representative, you will manage the full customer lifecycle. From quotations and order processing to after-sales support, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage. Key Responsibilities Delivering advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries. Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery with internal teams. Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication. Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations. Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to support business growth. Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions. Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Staying up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities. Performing additional duties as required by management. About You – Skills & Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will bring: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong telephone etiquette and customer service experience (marine industry experience is a plus). A proactive, problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in English and Italian (both spoken and written).
