**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**
Per una dinamica società in fase di forte espansione e operante nella distribuzione di prodotti chimici con mercato nazionale e internazionale, stiamo ricercando un/a Customer Service Specialist.
**PROFILO IDEALE**
La risorsa andrà a potenziare il reparto Customer Service e risponderà al Purchasing & Sales Manager.
**ATTIVITA'**
La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Caricamento ordini e supporto nel rilascio delle offerte
- Ricerca del giusto trasportatore (in base alla peculiarità del prodotto e del tipo di viaggio)
- Supporto e gestione del cliente per tutte le problematiche relative alla consegna
- Gestione delle criticità
- Assistenza post vendita
**REQUISITI**
Costituiscono elemento fondamentale: spiccate capacità di problem solving, precisione e flessibilità.
È gradita, ma non necessaria, la provenienza dal mondo logística/trasporti.
