Senior Permitting Specialist - Energie rinnovabili (Permitting Secondario) Posizione full-remote, con periodo iniziale di 2-3 mesi in presenza a Milano e presenza di due giorni ogni due settimane circa. Eventuali trasferte da stakeholder territoriali con auto aziendale.Veri e propri intermediari operativi tra i comitati direttivi e le diverse funzioni tecniche, i nostri consulenti supportano i clienti nella traduzione delle decisioni strategiche in piani d'azione operativi.Per un'importante iniziativa nel settore delle energie rinnovabili (impianti fotovoltaici ed eolici), stiamo selezionando un Senior Permitting Specialist con fortazaaaaaae esperienza sul permitting secondario e capacità di gestione di un elevato volume di progetti (30–40/anno). La figura opererà a supporto dei Project Manager, assicurando l'ottenimento rapido e conforme di tutte le autorizzazioni necessarie per l'avvio della costruzione e la successiva fase di commissioning.Identificare enti coinvolti e consulenti tecnici da attivare.Gestione e coordinamento degli stakeholderInterfacciarsi con Comuni, Province, ARPA, ASL, Soprintendenze, Consorzi.Gestire le autorizzazioni relative alle connessioni elettriche con ENEL/TERNA.Coordinare ingegneri, studi tecnici e consulenti ambientali esterni.Supporto operativo ai Project ManagerFornire linee guida, template e best practice autorizzative.Partecipare ai kick-off progettuali per condividere il permitting plan.Evidenziare tempestivamente rischi o ritardi che impattano il cronoprogramma EPC.Esperienza consolidata nel permitting per impianti rinnovabili (FV/eolico), con focus sul permitting secondario.Capacità di interfacciarsi con enti pubblici, autorità tecniche e operatori di rete elettrica.Problem solving avanzato e forte orientamento alla mitigazione dei rischi autorizzativi.Italiano fluente; inglese professionale.Possibilità di lavorare full-remote, con iniziale periodo formativo in presenza.Supporto di team tecnici specializzati e accesso a strumenti digitali avanzati.Percorsi di formazione tecnica e normativa.Ambiente collaborativo, orientato all'innovazione, alla sostenibilità e alla qualità dei processi.Avrai autonomia, supporto continuo e la possibilità di gestire progetti ad alto impatto ambientale e industriale.
