Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Head of Wholesale E-Commerce to join KIKO MILANO,reporting hierarchically to the Global E-Commerce Director. Such talent will be responsible ofoverseeing all aspects of our wholesale e-commerce business including contract negotiation, e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence (EU, Middle East, US). You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners. In particular, you will: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive wholesale e-commerce growth, including pricing strategies, product assortment, and promotional campaigns; Lead the wholesale e-commerce sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base; Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to optimize sales effectiveness; Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners while actively seeking new partnerships to expand our distribution network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for wholesale initiatives; Drive the expansion of the business through new player; Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction; Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Utilize insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition; Analyze sales data, key performance metrics, and market trends to track progress against goals and inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management. What you will need to succeed Degree in marketing, business, or related field 6+ years of experience in managing Wholesale E-Commerce, preferably in beauty or retail sector (eg. Zalando, Amazon, LookFantastic) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team Business acumen and analytical skills for data-driven target setting and performance monitoring and reporting Fluent in English (Italian is a plus) We would love if you had Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation skills Entrepreneurial and new business building mindset Ability to learn on the job A solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace Strong organizational skills with an ability to re- prioritize as required to meet deadlines Team player Ability to multi-task and be action oriented; exercise independent judgement and decision-making KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
