- **Responsabilità**:
- Elaborare modelli di monitoraggio delle performance del Gruppo, principalmente in termini di bidding, ordini e tasso di successo, e non solo; ed eseguire regolare relativa reportistica, anche e soprattutto in termini di KPI aziendali, sia internamente al team che al top management;
- Confrontarsi regolarmente con ogni area commerciale del Gruppo, nonché con aziende controllate, per il costante monitoraggio delle iniziative commerciali e relativa gestione delle informazioni nel database informatico aziendale;
- Supportare il team commercial planning nella esecuzione/compilazione del Piano Commerciale del Gruppo, in relazione agli obiettivi strategici e operativi del nostro Piano Industriale e del Budget;
- Relazionarsi con ogni funzione aziendale per l'attuazione della strategia commerciale connessa agli obiettivi economico/finanziari del Gruppo;
- Contribuire al miglioramento costante delle procedure di valutazione e gestione delle opportunità commerciali;
- Coordinarsi con le apposite funzioni aziendali per la valutazione della sostenibilità del Piano Commerciale, in funzione delle potenziali opportunità, garantendone anche il conseguente monitoraggio;
- Confrontarsi con le relative funzioni aziendali per valutare e monitorare specifiche tematiche di rischio (Country, Corporate, Contrattuale), per supportare le decisioni go-no-go di ciascuna iniziativa commerciale e/o gestirne il management;
- Supportare i Proposal Manager e il team di Bid per identificare e valutare potenziali eventi di rischio e opportunità in grado di incidere positivamente su tempi e costi del progetto.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in discipline ingegneristiche, economiche, matematiche o statistiche;
- 5-6 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in importanti società di consulenza;- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di analisi delle performance aziendali e dei modelli matematici e statistici da applicare ai dati economici;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel;
- Conoscenza di Salesforce e sistemi correlati;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare in tutto il mondo su richiesta.
