At JTI, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Planning Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Sales function, you will play a crucial role in defining commercial strategies to maximize the potential of our points of sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Trade Marketing Manager in developing commercial plans and initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Contribute to the development of trade engagement initiatives, benchmarking market practices and proposing measures for the development of a medium-long term trade partnership.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams within Marketing and Sales to implement commercial plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Economics or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, promotion agencies, and sales functions.
  • Business awareness, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication, teamworking, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility skills.
  • Fluency in English.
