For an important incoming tour operator within the Italian territory.

Ruolo:

  • Manage, schedule and coordinate tours for the Groups Department.
  • Collaborate with Group Department staff to ensure excellent service.
  • Process all reservation requests online and offline.
  • Provide detailed information about company services and policies.
  • Manage customer requests and resolve any issues.
  • Manage and monitor rates on the main booking portals.
  • At least three years of previous experience in the role.
  • Previous experience in handling groups.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, and an excellent knowledge of a third European language.
  • Excellent knowledge of booking systems and portals.
  • Excellent time management, leadership and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Aves-Datagest software is considered as a plus.
