Posizione
Ricerchiamo una figura di Store Manager in ambito Retail che si occuperà della gestione del nostro punto vendita Chicco di Firenze.
**Descrizione**:
Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di margine dello store nel rispetto delle politiche aziendali e dei KPI rilevanti.
Fidelizzare e sviluppare la clientela promuovendo iniziative commerciali e di profitto e garantendo uno standard elevato di servizio.
Organizzare, gestire e motivare lo staff di negozio.
Interfacciarsi con la sede.
Gestire l'inventario interfacciandosi con gli uffici di competenza.
Requisiti
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni maturata in un ruolo simile in ambito Retail.
Forte capacità organizzativa e gestionale (focus sull'analisi dei KPIs).
Eccellenti doti comunicative e di lavoro in gruppo.
Formazione nella Vendita Assistita.
Capacità organizzative e pensiero strategico.
Dinamicità e proattività.
E' fondamentale la disponibilità e la flessibilità oraria.
