About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Gi Group SpA Filiale di Firenze Pertini. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in our Florence location.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Commercial Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the sales staff, assigning tasks and shifts, and monitoring individual and team performance.
  3. Customer Experience: Provide personalized advice, handle complaints, and educate customers on products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  4. Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels, manage restocking orders, and implement security measures to prevent theft or shortages.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Oversee window and interior displays, ensuring attractive product presentation and promotional campaigns align with brand directives.
  6. Administration and Financial Reporting: Manage cash registers, prepare weekly or monthly reports on sales, costs, and profits, and ensure adherence to the budget.
  7. Supplier Relations: Coordinate new product orders, negotiate prices and supply terms, and monitor product quality.
  8. Compliance and Security: Ensure the store complies with safety, data protection, and quality standards, and ensure staff follows safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager
  • Previous experience in the luxury sector
  • Fluent Italian level
  • Fluent English level

Contract type: Permanent position, CCNL Commercio

Work location: Florence

Working hours: Monday-Sunday, FULL TIME, with 2 days off per week.
