  • Support the Store Manager/Sales Manager in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
