Per la nostra sede di Roma - zona Bufalotta, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Vehicle Administration Intern, con contratto di stage di 6 mesi.
Si tratta di un ruolo dinamico a diretto contatto con il Team Rettification, i vari dipartimenti ABG ed i fornitori.
**Attività**
La risorsa fornirà supporto al Team nelle seguenti attività:
- gestione ed inserimento pratiche su portali M&D (maintenance & damage);
- inserimento movimenti per vetture che vengono trasferite/rientri in officine;
- gestione ordini di acquisto in contabilità;
- verifica file dotazioni di bordo, performance vendite e manutenzione programmata;
- assistenza officine, carrozzeria ed outsourcers;
- supporto alle Facilities ABG nell'effettuare perizie e valutazioni vetture sul campo;
- supporto all'attività dei riparatori per inserimento pratiche su portale dedicato;
- raccolta dati e analisi dati sui veicoli (es: costi medi di riparazione, perizie, tempistiche di riparazione, piazzali di riconsegna);
- verifica prefatturazione danni casa automobilistica;
- controllo andamento addebiti OEM interfacciandosi con i Damage Inspectors;
- monitoraggio costi e allineamento al plan;
- gestione dati e reportistiche da inviare al Finance e Planning a livello mensile.
**Si richiede**:
- gradita laurea in discipline economiche, statistiche o ingegneria gestionale;
- competenze economiche nell'analisi dei costi (finance /planning);
- ottima conoscenza applicativi Office 365, con particolare attenzione ad Excel (capacità di utilizzo formule, creazione MACRO e gestione e creazione DataBase);
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- buone capacità comunicative e orientamento al lavoro di squadra.
La posizione è da considerarsi full time, 40h settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
Si offre rimborso spese di Euro 800,00 e buoni pasto Ticket Restaurant del valore di 8 Euro per ogni giorno lavorato.
