Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Development Intern to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our Sales team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business analysis, focusing on the following key areas:
- Support on management, optimization, and analysis of Sales and Retail Environment Pet & Vet
- Support on definition and development of Promo Process on our brands
- Support on Hill's Day promotional activity in stores
- Maintenance of Hill's Database on Clinic (C4C)
- Optimization and Reporting on tools
- Mini project coordination on new tool/activities
- General Business support
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot and advanced functions for business analysis and reporting)
- Office suit and/or Google Collaboration Tools
- Advanced or fluent English
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in project tasks assigned
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
- Problem-solving
