Scopo e Attività

Siamo alla ricerca di persone con competenze in ambito IT e specializzazione sulle tematiche in ambito bancario' che sappiano gestire la complessità con sicurezza e fiducia mantenendo un approccio challenge alle sfide' sviluppando sinergie e inclusione.

Lavorerai' in qualità di Functional Analyst o Data Technology Owner' all'interno della Direzione Sistemi Informativi del Importante Azienda Azienda Sanpaolo nel Domain Imi Cib' occupandoti di comprendere le esigenze del business e tradurle in specifiche funzionali da rendere disponibili ai team di sviluppo interni o esterni all'azienda.

Le principali attività:

- Lavorerai a stretto contatto con gli utenti di business con i quali dovranno essere analizzati i requisiti e definite le funzionalità da realizzare
- Affiancherai il Project Manager con cui dovranno essere valutate tempistiche e modalità di realizzazione delle attività progettuali.
- Avrai costanti interazioni con professionisti interni alla banca e con fornitori esterni
- Sarai tenuto a contribuire attivamente al rispetto dei tempi progettuali
- Dovrai progettare e supportare le fasi di test che vedranno coinvolto l'utente e i team di sviluppo
- Dovrai essere l'interfaccia della DSI nei confronti dell'utente
- Coordinerai interventi di sviluppo del core banking delle filiali estere della rete Importante Azienda' in stretta collaborazione con Business Owner e Digital Business Partner
- Guiderà interventi per migliorare il ciclo

di vita dei prodotti finanziari' le interfacce con i sistemi di front office' l'alimentazione dei sistemi di sintesi della Banca' i sistemi di pagamento e i processi contabili con focus sui prodotti di pagamento sia Esteri che Europei e Locali

Esperienza Richiesta

3-5 anni di esperienza in progetti IT a medio/alta complessità preferibilmente nel contesto digitale bancario' finanziario o settore creditizio.

Qualifiche Richieste' Skills
- Laurea in Informatica/Ingegneria Informatica' Matematica o Fisica o Economia o ingegneria gestionale
- Conoscenza di temi funzionali legati all'operatività di Investment Banking e Capital Markets
- Conoscenza di lingua inglese livello B2
- Saper utilizzare strumenti a supporto delle varie fasi progettuali (es. Erwin' ALM Quality Center)
- Capacità relazionali per potersi interfacciare con differenti tipologie di stakeholder
- Saper utilizzare Excel' PPT' Project Management' linguaggio SQL
- Conoscenza dei principali DB SQL e NOSQL
- Capacità nella relazione e gestione delle attività all'interno di team complessi;
- Saper utilizzare di strumenti di Business Intelligence (Qlik' Business Objects' MS Power BI)
- Conoscenze di modellazione Oracle' Mongo DB
- Conoscenza dei principali DB SQL e NOSQL
- Conoscenza del sistema di versionamento GIT
- Conoscenza di sistemi a gestione eventi (Apache Kafka' Nifi' Flink)
- Conoscenza della metodologia di sviluppo Agile Scrum

Rappresentano un plus:

- Conoscenza ambito pagamenti (internazionali SWIFT' SEPA-CT' SEPA-DD)
- Conoscenza formato messaggistica ISO20022
