- Risolvere problemi tecnici complessi e fornire supporto al business.
- Collaborare con i team interni per garantire l'integrazione dei sistemi.
- Supportare il team lead nel monitorare la qualità dei servizi IT erogati.
- Gestire la sicurezza delle informazioni e garantire la conformità alle normative.
- Migliorare l'efficienza operativa attraverso l'ottimizzazione delle risorse IT.
- Garantire la sicurezza dei dati e la protezione delle informazioni aziendali.
- Supportare lato IT la realizzazione dei progetti locali

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

- preferibilmente Laurea in Informatica o campo correlato
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli IT.
- Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi operativi, reti e sicurezza informatica.
- Capacità di risolvere problemi tecnici in modo tempestivo ed efficiente.
- Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.

**Interfacce interne ed esterne**:

- Collaborazione con il team IT interno.
- Interazione con fornitori di servizi IT esterni.
- Interazione con altri dipartimenti locali

**Gestione diretta e indiretta di persone**:

- Supervisione di un team di tecnici IT
