Per il nostro Innovation Center (IC), siamo alla ricerca di un **Project Manager** da inserire all'interno del team di _Operations Continuous Improvement_ (OCI).

**L'Innovation Center è il centro di eccellenza tecnologico della BPO Division**; entrando a far parte del team, avrai la possibilità di lavorare al fianco di circa 200 persone di team diversi (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Software Development, Digital Process Engineering, solo per citarne alcuni), con l'obiettivo comune di **portare innovazione digitale nei processi dei nostri clienti.**

**Posizione**:
Il team, all'interno della Divisione BPO, ha **due ambiti di responsabilità** ben definiti:

- Gestione di progetti strategici ad elevata complessità
- Applicazione delle metodologie Lean e di miglioramento continuo per ottimizzare ed efficientare i processi delle Operations nelle diverse linee di business

Entrando a far parte del team verrai inserit* in un percorso di crescita che ti porterà ad assumere un ruolo chiave nella **gestione **di **progetti strategici** della Divisione a diretto contatto con il **management** del **Gruppo.**

Come Project Manager avrai la possibilità di:

- Gestire/coordinare progetti tramite applicazione delle principali metodologie del Project Management (con focus su una delle LdB del Gruppo)
- Pianificare e monitorare le attività progettuali, indirizzare le criticità e sintetizzare lo stato avanzamento lavori
- Organizzare e gestire gli stati di avanzamento lavori e dei Comitati Guida
- Relazionarti con tutte le strutture aziendali e con i responsabili delle linee di business coinvolte nei progetti in gestione
- Supportare il responsabile dell'Ufficio Operations Continuous Improvement nella gestione delle attività/operatività dell'ufficio

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in materie scientifiche (Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica, Statistica) o Economia
- Esperienza pluriennale nella gestione di progetti
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buone capacità di analisi ed efficientamento dei processi
