Position Description

• PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• The Service Representative is responsible for producing the documentation of new loans and leasing agreements,

- monitoring existing loans and taking end of term actions. He/she responds to customer questions and requests either providing resolution or escalating as appropriate. (changing customers' bank references, reimbursement, invoices' clarification, etc.)

• He/she oversees customers' invoicing (monthly rents and contractual charges).
• He/she takes care of the reconciliation of Sepa direct debit, bank receipts and bill of exchange portfolios.
• The Service Representative is responsible of the operational execution of contractual options as take overs and early resolutions. In addition to this, he/she processes dealers' payment of new financed fixed assets.
• The Service Representative follows the entire process and relationships with external suppliers and public agency in the field of State Contributions (e.g. Nuova Legge Sabatini).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational execution of take overs and early resolutions of direct financed and leasing contracts.
• Clients' Invoicing (monthly rents and any other expected contractual charges)
• Portfolio management of Sepa direct debit, bank receipts and bill of exchange
• Clients account balances management
• Clients' reimbursement
• Dealers' payments of financed fixed assets.
• State Contributions (Nuova Legge Sabatini)

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE- Specialized diploma in business or finance

• Some working experience preferred

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS- Knowledge of financial service products & services

• Customer focused with good communication skills and ability to manage interactions by phone
• Able to prioritize, thorough and with a high degree of accuracy
• Good level of Italian and English (oral / written)
• Ability in working in a process driven environment
