If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.- Volvo Trucks è alla ricerca, per la sede di Zingonia, di un Customer Service Representative- La risorsa alle dirette dipendenze del Service Manager, sarà il punto di riferimento e l’interfaccia del cliente, per ogni sua esigenza: dalla semplice manutenzione ordinaria, al guasto meccanico o elettronicoSi occuperà principalmente di:

- Accettazione e accoglienza del Cliente, in situazione di front office in officina o in modalità telefonica.
- Pianificazione dell’agenda di officina, attraverso la corretta gestione degli appuntamenti in collaborazione con il Responsabile Service.
- Concordare i lavori da eseguire ed i termini di consegna e predisporre preventivi di riparazione.
- Redigere ordini di lavoro chiari e precisi, definendo l’eventuale diritto alla garanzia
- Promuovere i servizi Post-vendita.
- Verificare che tutti i lavori richiesti siano stati eseguiti a regola d’arte e che gli importi addebitati al cliente corrispondano al preventivo e comunque al lavoro eseguito.
- Illustrare al cliente i lavori eseguiti.
- Emettere fatture relative alle lavorazioni eseguite.
- Perseguire l'obiettivo di completa soddisfazione dei clienti in tutte le fasi dei processi Service.
- Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore o Laurea
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici

Può costituire titolo preferenziale una pregressa esperienza nella gestione clienti.
