QUALITY & TESTING SUPERVISOR – CASTING
La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile di Stabilimento, dovrà garantire l'attuazione e l'efficacia dei processi prodotto in accordo a quanto definito nel Sistema Qualità ed ai requisiti del cliente supervisionando le attività di collaudo e verificando l'efficienza e la conformità degli strumenti di misurazione aziendali. Monitorerà le non conformità interne coinvolgendo i reparti tecnico/produttivi e quelle esterne gestendo quelle dei fornitori. Tra le responsabilità anche quella di garantire la corretta gestione della documentazione aziendale in collaborazione con la divisione tecnica e con le aree produttive e quella di identificare e implementare i miglioramenti nei processi verificandone periodicamente l'efficacia attraverso audit periodici o rispondendo a non conformità.
Desideriamo incontrare brillanti candidati in pos di Diploma Tecnico o lauree ad indirizzo materiali o ingegneria con almeno cinque di esperienza in ruolo controllo qualità maturata presso Società del settore metallurgico o affini
REQUISITI
Ottima conoscenza di alcuni degli strumenti di misurazione core
Conoscenza dei metodi di controllo NDT e delle tecniche e degli strumenti per analisi statistiche e correlazioni dati quali FMEA e 8D
Conoscenza normative ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16494
Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese anche parlata
Utilizzo Microsoft Office e gestionali dedicati
